Online payment

Dear customers,

After a confirmed reservation, if you choose to pay online we will send you e-mail with a link to a page in a protected environment on which to make a payment.

We accept all credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies - such as MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB

Data required for the transaction are: card number, expiry date, 3 digit security number, cardholder name and address.
All your card and entered authentication data is encrypted by the banking server servicing of our bank and we do not have access to them.
To identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for our e-commerce bank servicing support schemes for authentication of the international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. If you are registered with your bank Label these security devices on your screen page will appear where you must enter your authentication password.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if registered for participation in schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10 000

To protect you from abusive payment with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

Security to the introduction and transmission of card data is provided by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank

The authenticity of your card is checked by introducing a security code (CVV2)

Please note that our offer price is in Euro, but the the actual transaction currency on the payment page is converted into Bulgarian Lev using exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank.

Cancelation policy
Eurent will allow customers to cancel a prepaid reservation. we will refund to you the following amounts When cancellation is received

Up to 30 days prior the rental start date - 100%
Up to 15 days prior the rental start date - 50%
Up to 24 hours prior the rental start date - 20%
Less than 24 hours prior the rental start date - 0%

Cancellations are accepted online, fax or by e-mail to our reservations department.
Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately seven business days. Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid. You will incur a € 30.00 processing fee plus bank commission.
In the event that the booked vehicle is not collected or not collected at the agreed time, the rental charge already paid shall be withheld in full.
