Driver’s personal requirements
Valid driving licence held for at least one year, minimum age 21 years old  and personal ID card or passport.

Rental Provisions
1. Motor Vehicle is rented to the LESSEE in good working order, with obligatory equipment, required by the bodies of Control of Automobile traffic. For the purpose Check out/ Check in certificate is applied in the contract and under the provisions of which the return of the car is performed.
2. Upon non-adherence to the deadline for return, the lessee undertakes to notify the LESSOR not later than 6 working hours before returning time.  For the delay the LESSEE owes 30% of the stipulated daily tariff for each started hour of delay. Upon delay of more than two days, the LESSEE undertakes to conclude new contract.
3. Upon non-adherence to the obligation for return of more than 2 hours without having notified the lessor, the LESSEE and the car are announced for investigation by the bodies of Ministry of Internal Affairs and other organizations, as the LESSOR reserves all rights under this contract.

Insurance Provisions
1. The automobile is insured at an Insurance company.
2. Upon injuries, losses or thefts of the automobile or parts of it as well as upon fire or breaking of a window glass, the     LESSEE undertakes to notify immediately the LESSOR and the INSURANCE COMPANY on the event occurred.
3. Upon loss, destruction or theft of stub, key or numbers of the car, the LESSEE pays default amounting to the due rental price for the car, for a period of seven days.
4. In case of theft or accident, the LESSEE undertakes:
      -  to notify immediately the insurer
      -  to notify LESSOR at the respective telephones
      -  to document the event at Regional Police Depart as per
          location and to take a document from the police                   
       - to submit to LESSOR the registration stub and the
           keys of the car
5. The LESSEE bears full responsibility and pays the injuries in the cases uncovered by the insurer.
* DO NOT LEAVE THE REGISTRATION STUB AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN THE CAR. OTHERWISE, ALL INSURANCES SHALL BE INVALID.

Insurance
Full Insurance is included in the rental price. It limits the responsibility in case of damage or theft up to the amount of the deposit. It does not cover damaged interior, underneath the vehicle, tires, hubcaps, antenna, wipers, lost keys, documents and audio equipment. The driver is fully responsible for all damages caused in the influence of alcohol or after the use of drugs or sedatives and damages for which there is no police report.

Delivery, collection, delay
Delivery and collection of the vehicle within Varna is free of charge. Delivery and collection of the vehicle outside Varna is subject to an additional agreement. For the delay, the lessee owes 30% of the stipulated daily tariff for each started hour of delay.

Rental rates include
20% VAT, Unlimited mileage in Bulgaria, Maintenance of the car, Third party liability, Full Insurance coverage and Road taxes, round-the-clock telephone for help \+359 899 899589\, map & emergency equipments, free delivery to every address in Varna.

Rental rates do not include
Penalties and all kind of sanctions that may be imposed by the traffic control officers to the driver for the non-observation of the Bulgarian Road Traffic Law.

Gasoline/ refueling
The missing fuel is charged at the end of the rental period.

The LESSEE is not entitled
1. To re-concede the automobile to third person.
2. To use the automobile for haulage of another motor vehicle or trailers, to     participate in car racing, training, tests; to transport voluminous, loose goods and other loads.
3. To drive the car under the influence of alcohol or after the use of drugs or sedatives.

Return policy of money upon cancellation of a reserved car

• up to 45 days before the rental period returns 100% of the amount paid by the customer
• up to 30 days before the rental period returns 70% of the amount paid by the customer
• up to 15 days before the start of the rental returns of 50% of the amount paid by the customer
• up to 7 days before the start of the rental returns of 20% of the amount paid by the customer

Amounts are returned only to the card with which payment is made.

Privacy Policy
The protection of your privacy and personal data is of the utmost importance to EURENT. Your data is processed by us in compliance with data protection legislation. Your personal details will not be passed to a third party, except in the case of a legal or governmental requirement.

Whenever you make a car reservation via our website we request the following information: name of the driver, address, phone numbers, E-mail address. This information is solely used for the reservation process.
