Age Restrictions:
Renter and additional drivers must be 21 years old. A young driver surcharge of € 5.00 per day not more than € 50.00 per rental applies for drivers under 21 years.

Additional driver:
Permitted at the cost of € 3.00 per day, regardless the number of additional drivers. Maximum € 30.00 per rental. Additional drivers must meet minimum age requirement.

Personal requirement:
Renters and additional drivers must have held a valid driving license for minimum of one year and a passport or ID card. This must be presented at the time of rental. Only a person who is signed in the contract has the authority to drive the car

Airport surcharge:
All vehicles collected from airport location are subject to Airport Surcharge:
€   5.00 per rental at Varna and Bourgas airports
€ 10.00 per rental at Sofia airport.

Refueling Charge:
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Eurent, you would be charged € 8.00 /refueling charge/, plus the cost of the missing fuel - € 1.50 per liter. Alternatively, you may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations and return the tank empty. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Monday – Sunday  09:00 - 19:00 hrs
Return possible 24 hours
After working hour fee € 15.00

Rental period:
The minimum rental period is determined as one day (24 hours). Rates are based on 24 hours basis, starting form the time of rental. Over timing the drop time with 4 hours is being charged on a full day basis.

Weekend rentals:
Friday 12:00 - Monday 10:00

Delivery, collection:
Delivery and collection of the vehicle within city limits is free of charge. Delivery and collection of the vehicle outside city limits is subject to an additional agreement. Valid only in cities where our offices are located. If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period of the Agreement, he/she must inform the Lessor not later than 48 hours before the initial expiration time of the rental agreement.

One-way rentals:
One way rentals allowed on request! Additional fee may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Additional accessories:
Baby seats/roof racks/snow chains, GPS navigation, etc. – charged per day.

Border exit:
Border exits are available on advance request. Additional fees apply. Some destinations are not allowed.

Method of payment & pricing:
All prices are quoted in EURO and include local tax (TVA). A credit/ charge card is mandatory for all rentals. We accept all credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies - such as MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, and JCB. Bank transfers and cash payments are accepted in some cases.
The renter must be the owner of the indicated credit card. The authorized driver details and method of payment will be confirmed at reservation stage and cannot be amended. The confirmed credit card should be valid and available for presentation on collection of the vehicle. All extra costs that occur during the car rental will be charged to this credit card.

Other surcharges:
INCIDENT ADMINISTRATION FEE: In case of an accident, there is a non-refundable fee of € 20.00 to cover administration expenses, irrespectively of driver’s liability.
LOSS FINES: In case of lost registration documents, vignette sticker, keys or license number, a fine of € 100.00 applies. The fine for lost radio/cassette panel is € 150.00. Loss fines apply regardless of insurance coverage accepted.

INSURANCES

Third Party Insurance (TPI) – (Included in the rental price)

Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a cover for personal injuries and material damages.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - (Included in the rental price)
The CDW limits the renter’s financial liability for accidental damage to the hired vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess).

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) - (Optional)

Fully removes the renter’s liability in case of damage to the vehicle (zero excess).

Theft Protection (TP) - (Included in the rental price)

Theft Protection reduces the renter’s liability in case of theft of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess).

Super Theft Protection (STP) – (Optional)
Fully removes the renter’s liability in case of theft of the vehicle (zero excess).

Please note: The Collision Damage Waiver and Super CDW are not full comprehensive insurances and have some exceptions:
They do not cover the following cases:

• Vandalism, weather (hail)
• Damages caused by animals
• Willful action or gross negligence.
• Racing, training, pulling of other vehicle.
• Damage caused by not using correct fuel
• Interior of the vehicle and audio equipment.
• Damages due to off-road operation of the rental vehicle.
• Written statement by police is not presented at time of check in.
• Being under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or drugs, or due to contraband or illegal activities.
• Mechanical failures caused by wear and tear, gradual deterioration, or mechanical breakdown.
• Undercarriage damages, hubcaps, antenna, wipers, accessories, documents, keys, theft of personal belongings, tires and wheel rims not caused by fire or accident as well as in case of non-compliance or violation of the conditions of the lease contract and the legal provisions of the country.

Theft protection and Super TP do not cover the following cases:

• Partial theft, loss of parts and accessories
• The car has been stolen with the car documents or/and the car keys.                
• The Customer has not reported the theft to the police and Eurent Rent a car and /or has no statement by the police at time of check in.
• The car has been driven outside of Bulgaria without Eurent’s written consent.

In these cases Eurent will claim the liability from the renter, up to the full amount of the respective damages or the full insurance amount in case of total loss or theft plus administrative charges and loss of use. The renter is fully liable for partial theft, loss of parts, accessories and bears full responsibility and pays the Damages in the cases uncovered by the insurance company.
